Flabubium is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this Site. You can contact us at contact@flabubium.com. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it. This includes your email address when you join the Ela early-access list, and your email address and any information you include when you contact us directly. We do not operate user accounts at this time.
We use your email address to manage the Ela early-access list, contact you about access to Ela, and respond to direct enquiries. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Our lawful basis for processing your email address for the early-access list is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR). For direct enquiries, we rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) to respond to requests you initiate. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
We retain early-access list information only for as long as needed to manage the list and provide the updates you requested. We retain email correspondence for as long as necessary to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up. You may ask us to remove your email address at any time.
We use Cloudflare to host this Site, forward early-access submissions, and provide aggregate traffic and website-performance analytics. Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, visited pages, and performance measurements on our behalf. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to process and store early-access submissions. This Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which may process your IP address and browser data when serving those fonts. We do not use advertising or social media tracking services.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@flabubium.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
For any privacy-related questions, contact us at contact@flabubium.com.
